Did we mention they're refined-sugar free and easily made gluten-free? If you can't find mocha cold drip, use 1 tsp each coffee and cacao powder mixed with 1 tbsp boiling water. Add to 180ml plant-based milk to use in place, and voila! Your breakfast is served.

- 40g oats
- 180ml cold brew coffee (I used Mocha Noir)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp maca, optional
- Toppings: berries, yogurt, almond butter, chocolate, cinnamon, chocolate sauce
1. Stir together all the ingredients in a glass jar or bowl. Cover or seal the oats and leave in the fridge overnight.
2. In the morning, give the oats a quick stir, adding a splash more milk if needed and serve with your desired toppings.
