Check out these Healthy Vegan Protein Pancakes! Perfect for breakfast or as a post-workout snack. So simple, tasty and good for you too!
- 2 small bananas mashed
- 1 cup self raising flour
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons of ground flax
- 1 tablespoon hemp hearts
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon of syrup
- 1 cup oat milk
- 2 tablespoons oats
- pinch of salt
- Mash your bananas then add in all of the dry ingredients (apart from the oats) mix together to combine. Mix in the syrup and plant milk and mix to combine. Now stir in the oats.
- Put a frying pan on medium heat and add a little oil to the pan. Add two table spoons of batter to the pan for each pancake. Fry for a couple of minutes on each side and remove from the pan.
- Decorate with fruit, nut butters, syrup, lemon etc etc
