Wendy Williams and Dr. Oz Tout Plant-Based Diet

The TV personality Wendy Williams invited Dr. Oz to chat plant-based health on her show
 

A segment of the popular The Wendy Williams Show was dedicated to plant-based nutrition this week. See the six-minute segment above.

“We’ve learned over the last year, with some big studies and feedback from our audience members,” Dr. Oz said, “that if they could just cut down the amount of meat they eat, it makes for a lot easier path to weight-loss.” 

Towards the end of the segment, Wendy Williams revealed that she had been following a plant-based diet recently.

Dr. Oz is set to feature the plant-based company Beyond Meat on his show this month, which is explained in this article, or in the below video.
