"If you stick to the basics - like rice, beans, veggies and fruit, your budget will be pretty easy to maintain.
Fitness blogger Grace Beverly (aka Grace Fit UK), says: "Purely in terms of price, you are literally removing the most expensive part of your diet.
"How can removing something from your diet make it more expensive? It doesn't make sense."
