It's possible to eat a healthy plant-based diet while on a budget.

This video by Plant Based News features a host of fitness and bikini models, who share their top tips for eating well without spending too much.

According to plant-based fitness Instagrammer Bianca Taylor: "It is super possible to eat healthy on a budget - it all depends on how you shop.

"If you stick to the basics - like rice, beans, veggies and fruit, your budget will be pretty easy to maintain.

Expensive?

Fitness blogger Grace Beverly (aka Grace Fit UK), says: "Purely in terms of price, you are literally removing the most expensive part of your diet.

"How can removing something from your diet make it more expensive? It doesn't make sense."
