Von D took to Instagram yesterday to announce the special release.
She wrote: "I don't normally do podcasts, but when @doctorberlin invited me and @prayers to come talk about our birth journey on his #InformedPregnancypodcast we were both honored and excited!"
On the Informed Pregnancy Podcast with Dr. Berlin, the pair sit down with the podcast's medical professional host and co-host Nicole Sessions for an in-depth talk about their past, present, and future.
The four touch on a wide array of topics including Von D's career, music, friendship, sobriety, and veganism in the first instalment of a two-part feature.
The soon-to-come second instalment will focus on pregnancy, labor plans, and parenthood - topics similar to those features on Plant Based News' recently released ultimate guides to vegan pregnancy and parenting.
The podcast's host Dr. Elliot Berlin is a prenatal chiropractor, childbirth educator, and labor support bodyworker.
In previous releases, Dr. Berlin has had guests join him in covering such topics as sexual health, nutrition, fertility testing, and birthing methods.
The first instalment of the two-part podcast is available here
