Vegan celebrity couple Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth are ready to start a family, according to reports.
It has been reported that the on-off couple, who met in 2009, may be secretly married - though they maintain they are just engaged.
The pair spent time with friend Victor Ortiz's baby son Royal - reportedly making them broody for a child of their own.

An unnamed source - described as a 'friend' of the Hemsworth family - allegedly told Australian magazine NW: "They've wanted a baby for ages, but the timing was never right.
"But now they feel as ready as they'll ever be."
The source says Miley has ditched alcohol and marijuana over the last year in an attempt to prepare her body 'for a possible pregnancy'.
They added: "She told Liam she's ready to make getting pregnant a top priority."
