Vegan celebrity Lucy Watson - best known for her starring role in reality show Made In Chelsea - has made an anti-fur video with campaign group Surge, a group best known for coordinating the Official Animal Rights March.
According to Watson: "Every year, the fur industry is responsible for the deaths of over one billion rabbits and fifty million other animals.
"Most of these animals are raised in fur farms which are intensive facilities where the animals are kept in tiny cages and confined to a life of misery."
In the video, Watson outlines how the industry's cruel practices impact the animals.
She says: "On fur farms the animals quite literally go insane, performing psychotic repetitive behaviors such as circling in their cages, cannibalism and self-mutilation.
"And if this wasn't disturbing enough, the most common methods for killing these animals include anal electrocution, gassing, and crushing them and breaking their necks."
