Popular US plant-based restaurant chain by CHLOE. has announced its UK opening date - as well as details of exclusive dishes for its London flagship in Covent Garden.
The Russell Street eatery, which will seat up to 70, will open its doors on February 6.
Customers can choose from the signature menu, as well as 'Grab and Go' items and seasonally-changing market specials.
Dishes cost from £4.20 - £9.60.
A spokesperson said: "To mark its arrival to the UK, by CHLOE. will introduce a series of exclusive menu items 'London by CHLOE.'.
"Taking inspiration from quintessential British dishes, the restaurant will offer a plant-based, vegan take on Classic Fish N’ Chips, Shepherd’s Pie, Pea N’ Ham Soup, as well as Sticky Toffee Pudding."
The Fish N’ Chips will be made up of crispy tofu served with the classic accompaniments of chips, mushy peas, and tartar sauce.
The Shepherd’s Pie will be comprised of vegan ground seitan, veggies, mashed potato, and served with by CHLOE.’s famous Beet Ketchup.
Signature menu items will include salads, burgers, fresh pastas, daily-baked sweets (Sweets by CHLOE.), dairy-free ice-cream (Chill by CHLOE.) and more; all of which are made in-house daily.
Popular dishes include The Guac Burger, Quinoa Taco Salad, Air-Baked French Fries, and Mac N’ Cheese amongst others.
