Plant-based

The TV star never thought he would be ditching meat - but has been vegan for almost two months now.

"I've been vegan for about a month and a half now," he told the publication.

"Plant-based is something I’ve kind of been flirting with over the past year. I never thought in a million years that I would give up meat.

"But it’s all about doing what feels best for your body. And it’s actually kind of fun and exciting to me, because it’s opened my eyes to a lot of different foods out there that I never tried before."
