TV personality Porsha Williams has said she weighed 175 pounds before becoming plant-based - a diet that has prompted her weight loss.
Williams, who stars in the current season of Real Housewives of Atlanta [RHOA], confessed to co-stars Kandi Burruss and Kenya Moore on the most recent episode (season 10, episode six) that she weighed 175 pounds before embarking on a plant-based diet.
Although her current weight is unknown, Williams took to Instagram earlier this year to share that "[she has] lost most of [her] extra tummy fat in only two days [after going plant-based]."
A self-described 'baby vegan', the 36-year-old reality TV star recently said of her diet: "For me it's a lot to learn, so I just call it 'baby vegan' because you never know - I could be somewhere and make a mistake."
The celeb also admitted she is plant-based rather than vegan, saying the vegan lifestyle is 'a whole other situation'.
The RHOA celeb is now trying to convince fellow Housewife Kim Zolciak-Biermann to ditch animal products from her diet.
Williams embraced an animal-free diet after watching What The Health and Cowspiracy.
She says: "I, like many others, watched the movie What The Health, and it has a lot of things that I already knew - but some of the things were shocking to me."
Talking about her transition, she wrote on social media: "I watched What The Health and Cowspiracy on Netflix the other day and it took me over the edge.
"I had been contemplating making a serious lifestyle change because after turning 36, I made a promise to myself to treat myself better... mind, body and soul."
