The group runs a vegan challenge every year, encouraging people to try a plant-based diet. The Summer-pledge, which lasts for 30 days, is free to sign up for.
In addition, participants will get 'all of the help and advice that they need to stay vegan throughout the month'.
This includes a welcome pack containing recipes, advice about nutrition, tips on shopping and more, regular motivational updates, access to exclusive social media channels for sharing tips and advice, details about vegan events and special offers and even one-to-one help if you need it.
Animal Aid Vegan Outreach Campaign Manager, Tod Bradbury, says "The Summer Vegan Pledge is the perfect opportunity for those who care about animals, the environment and their health to try a plant-based diet for a month.
"It has never been easier to go vegan, with new vegan options coming to supermarket shelves, coffee shops, independent shops, health food shops and restaurants seemingly on a daily basis.
"By taking the Summer Vegan Pledge you will be helping animals and the planet, and also making positive changes for your health, so why not give it a go?"
