Californian vegan chef and restaurateur Matthew Kenney will take part in a food festival in Russia next year.
The chef, who founded PLANTLAB Academy, will be part of the second IKRA mainstream foodie event which takes place between January 31 and February 4 in Sochi.
He will give a masterclass dedicated to innovations in veganism and plant-based cuisine.
According to organizers: "The festival will explore Russia’s rich culinary heritage and evolving food culture, as well as the latest global food trends.
"The four-day gastronomic celebration pairs international celebrity chefs with local culinary talent."
Kenney's masterclass will focus on modern raw vegan cuisine, as well contemporary culinary techniques.
