Pizza Chain Zizzi To Launch New Vegan Options

Diners will now have even more dishes to choose from
The Vegan Zucca will be available from October 10

Following the resounding success of its vegan menu, high street favorite Zizzi is set to launch more plant-based options.

The Italian-style eatery, which was the first major chain to add vegan mozzarella to its dishes, will be adding two pizzas to its repertoire on October 10.

It has sold a mind-blowing 400,000 vegan dishes so far this year.

And it's a number that is set to increase with the arrival of the new vegan options.

Two pizzas will be added to the menu - the Vegan Zucca (mozzarella cheese alternative, roasted butternut squash, caramelised balsamic onions and spinach) and the Vegan Pepperonata (fire-roasted peppers, sunblush tomatoes, hot roquito chillies, and pea shoots).

The chain will also be adding wholewheat pasta as an alternative to white on some of its dishes.
