'Orange Is The New Black' Star Danielle Brooks Talks About Loving Her 'New Vegan Life'

Danielle Brooks - better known as 'Taystee' from Netflix dramedy prison hit Orange Is The New Black - is the latest celeb to transition to a vegan lifestyle.

The actor revealed her new direction on social media.

The star tweeted about her vegan lifestyle

'Vegan life'

A post on the star's Instagram Stories showed a meal of pasta, with the caption: "Vegan life! Day nine of the rest of my life??"

The following day, Brooks took to Twitter to share a picture of a plate of Pad Thai.

She wrote: "Day 10 of this new Vegan life. I made Vegan Pad Thai. Feeling pretty solid about this thang!! w/ onions, carrots, tomatoes, and shallots."

Brooks has not yet revealed her motivation for turning to a plant-based diet.
