Mýa Talks Veganism On Hit Webshow City Of Michael

Singer songwriter Mýa discussed the perks of veganism in an episode of hit YouTube webshow, City of Michael which debuted Thursday.

The show's host, Michael Korte, told the R&B star that he had also been inspired to go vegan, since their last meeting.

'Flawless'

Korte said: "I don’t eat any animal product of any kind."

Explaining that he and many of his friends are now leading a vegan lifestyle, he added: "The goal is to be as flawless as you."

Benefits

Mýa said that she is continuously learning about the benefits and impact of veganism - referencing the environment, human health, and spirituality.

She said: "I'm healthier and healthier every single year."
