Month-Long Vegan Festival Coming To London This Summer

The event will feature food, lifestyle, and fitness
The event wants to appeal to vegans and non-vegans alike

A month-long vegan festival will take place in London this August.

V For, which will take over The Old Truman Brewery in Shoreditch, aims to appeal to vegans and omnivores alike with a mix of food, fashion, fitness and lifestyle.

The festival will open on August 2 with a Vegan Nights event. Over the following days, a veggie-vegan market food market will be held at Brick Lane Food Hall on August 4-5, with other foodie events following throughout the month.

'Hub of all things vegan'

In addition to the food on offer, attendees can take part in fitness classes. Brick Lane's Adidas Studio LDN will be hosting free yoga, mindfulness and lifestyle sessions and BBX 1xtra’s Melody Kane will host her No Kane No Gain class.

Prolific vegan athlete and advocate Timothy Shieff will be at the event in early August showcasing the latest launches from his ethical fashion line ETHCS.

According to the organizers: "For vegans, for veggies, for v curious individuals, for foodies and for those just wanting to learn about or try something new - we'll be bringing you everything 'V' from demonstrations and educational sessions to sporting events and parties. Join us at V For... the hub of all things vegan this summer."
