PBN EXCLUSIVE: Klaus Mitchell Interviews 'Avant Garde Vegan' Gaz Oakley

The influential vegan creator talks about life, veganism, and social media

Chef Gaz Oakley - known to his many followers on social media as Avant Garde Vegan - was recently listed as the UK's most influential vegan creator.

The foodie, who has some exciting projects coming at the end of the month, including a book and a supper club at Harvey Nichols, shares lots of information about food but rarely talks about himself online.

In this exclusive video, he sat down with PBN's Founder Klaus Mitchell to talk about his own vegan story - as well as how he deals with the pressure of his hectic diary.
