YouTube Star Bakes Giant Record Breaking Vegan Cake

The social media star said it was something to tick off her bucket list
 

Swedish YouTube Star Therese Lindgren and her friends have baked the world's largest vegan cake, breaking the Guinness World Records.

Weighing a whopping 462.4kg (1,019lb 6 oz), the animal-free cake used 89kg soya yogurt, 44.5kg sugar, 35.6kg strawberries, and 62.3kg semolina.

'Bucket list'

The vegan lifestyle YouTuber, who has nearly 600,ooo subscribers, has posted a vlog from the day, mentioning in the description box: "How cool is it that I and the other stars in the video official - according to the Guinness Book of World Records - baked the WORLD'S LARGEST vegan cake at 462.4kg?

"Another thing to check off on my bucket list!"
