The pair have come to blows in recent weeks, after Ramsay tweeted an image of his new vegan Sunday roast. Morgan branded the dish 'revolting', leading Ramsay saying the TV host could 'go f*ck himself'.
"Veganism is on the rise, so we’ve got to adapt and we just have to eat a slice of humble pie," Ramsay added during an interview on The Late Late Show.
Ramsay has done just that in recent times: earlier this year, he launched a vegan menu to celebrate Veganuary, featuring dishes including wild mushroom and truffle risotto and chocolate avocado and almond mousse.
In 2018, the chef added a vegan pizza to his menu, creating media buzz by sharing an image of the cheeseless pizza, tweeting: "Going to give this vegan thing a try. Yes guys, you heard that right."
Speaking about Ramsay on Good Morning Britain, which he co-hosts with Susanna Reid, Morgan said the chef is embracing veganism for financial gain
"You couldn't have been clearer, Gordon is now at the forefront of the vegan revolution and is not remotely cynical or not doing it because he might make some money out of it," Morgan said sarcastically.
"The bottom line is, Ramsay is not a vegan, he doesn't believe in veganism, he doesn't agree with any of it. For the same reason you're patrolling the streets looking for vegan sausage rolls – you've all just bought into this thing. You're all getting played."
