Andrew, who lost over 53kg throughout the year, says his health hasn’t suffered for his potato-only diet and his doctor has given him a clean bill of health.

Furthermore, the 36-year-old Melbourne man has suffered fewer bouts of anxiety and clinical depression since beginning his ‘potato only’ diet in January.
