Vegan clothing brand, ETHCS, has revealed it will be partnering up with Matthew Glover and Jane Land - founders of the Veganuary movement.
The new partnership follows the company's decision to drop ex-founder, Tim Shieff, from the brand, after he announced he is no longer vegan.
The ETHCS team said: "Obviously the situation with Tim was a difficult one, and tough but brave decisions had to be made, but in partnering with Matthew and Jane we're really excited for the future of the company.
"We're big admirers of everything they've done and continue to do for veganism, and as a company consisting of ethical vegans - throughout from employees to shareholders, we feel the company now has the balance it needs."
ETHCS also stated some of its profits would go on to fund other areas of veganism through Vegan Campaigns Ltd, a non-profit community interest company, set up by the Veganuary founders.
"We're about promoting veganism and ethical living, so with the success of this company contributing to that through Vegan Campaigns Ltd, we feel that this is a really important venture for the company," ETHCS added.
Veganuary founders, Matthew and Jane, said: "We don't consider ourselves to be people with fashion sense, so we won't be interfering with the current design operations!
"What we do aim to bring is a business strategy, and with investment, help the company to ensure our plans to create better ethical clothing standards in the mainstream come to fruition."
The team all round say they are 'looking forward to what the future holds', adding: "We're a company of vegans in it for the animals, and we know a lot of people have been wanting to support us being sure of that.
"We've got lots of new designs coming, and have restocked a lot of our current popular items, so can't wait to get these out to the community, and in turn pay it forward in supporting veganism."
