Plant-based diet

Pritchard previously hosted a YouTube based cooking show coined Pritchard's Proper Vegan Cookin'.

Also an accomplished endurance athlete, he made the switch to a plant-based lifestyle in March of 2016 - a diet he says fuels his active lifestyle.

He told Wales Online: "I think I'm living proof that it doesn't make you weak."

Compassionate vegan

Pritchard is not strictly vegan for the health perks, however.

He added: "It's given me loads of energy and not slaughtered a load of animals in the meantime, and it's saving the planet."
