Pro tattoo artist Oliver Peck - of Ink Master fame - is set to open a vegan eatery in Deep Ellum, Dallas next month.
Peck's inspiration reportedly came from a perceived need for plant-based options in the neighborhood, and his personal life, in which he eats mostly plant based diet, and has a fully vegan girlfriend.
In fact, his partner is developing the menu for the establishment - dubbed Tiki Loco - which will offer smoothies, flatbreads, juices, tacos, and more.
The counter-service eatery is set to open some time next month.
