Other animal-free new options include spaghetti with lentil and mushroom ragu, Risotto Funghi, Mille colori pizza, and Verdi burger. In addition, all pizzas can be made vegan.
The chain is currently offering diners a 40 percent discount on the new dishes valid Sunday-Friday.
"Autumn is one of the most abundant seasons in Italy," Executive Chef Vittorio Lettieri said in a statement sent to Plant Based News.
