The Good Morning Britain host sampled the meat-free option at The GQ Awards earlier this week. Ramsay was catering the bash.
"I had the crab and the beef wellington and [co-host] Susanna went for the vegan option," Morgan said on while talking about the event on Good Morning Britain.
"My wife got given that even though she didn't want it and both of them declared it one of the most disgusting things they'd ever eaten. So there's veganism! There's the future, no more beef wellington because Gordon's now into vegan food, or pretending to be because it's making him 'kerching'.
"The truth is that it was inedible, horrible gruel. Whereas I had a beautifully cooked beef wellington, which was delicious."
'Go f*ck yourself'
This is not the first time this year that Morgan has criticized Ramsay's foray into animal-free cooking. Earlier this Year, the fiery chef launched a vegan Sunday roast - incurring the wrath of Morgan.
Ramsay revealed the news to his almost 7 million followers on Twitter, posting a video of the dish, which appears to feature a vegetable wellington alongside roast potatoes, braised carrots, vegetables, and gravy, Ramsay wrote: "It's happened....the vegan roast has landed at Bread Street Kitchen."
Morgan retweeted the dish to his followers, saying: "Oh FFS, Ramsay... not you as well? This looks utterly revolting."
Ramsay did not take the critique lying down, later responding: "So Piers Morgan is now a food critic?! Go and f*** yourself! Seriously?"
