that at times it can be difficult to maintain his diet on the road, 'he has found ways
to make it work' - and, according to Blevins, his efforts have paid off.
The rugby pro said that he 'felt amazing' after changing his diet and that his recovery
time, performance, and endurance have all improved.
He added: "It's
hard to explain how good you can feel until you start cutting things out of
always achy and tired but now I'm 29, I honestly don’t feel 29."
