'Delighted'

PBN Co-founder, Robbie Lockie, said: "We are delighted to be hosting this event. Max is a brilliant, inventive chef, and we're happy to play a role in getting his food out to as many people as possible.

"Max also has a very important message to spread - and one that is getting more traction - the zero waste ethos. He doesn't ever throw away food, recycling what he can't use, and is plastic-free.

"On top of that, his food is exciting, dynamic, and an important part of the vegan conversation. I'm looking forward to seeing people enjoy it."
