New York Times bestselling author and CEO of 22 Days Nutrition, Marco Borges - best known as Beyonce and Jay-Z's weight loss guru - has released a new plant-based diet plan.

Borges appeared on the Today show to talk about the plan - called The Greenprint - and show off some of the dishes followers can enjoy.

Beyonce and Jay-Z - who have dubbed Borges their 'plant-based guru' - wrote the forward to the book.

According to the book's publisher, Penguin Random House: "The Greenprint outlines three simple, step-by-step plans to implement the 22 Laws into your life, depending on where you are on your journey.
