'Year of veganism'

"This is the year of mainstream veganism, as every trend forecaster and market analyst seems to agree - there is not one single cause, but a perfect plant-based storm of factors," Frith said in a statement.

"People cite one or more of three key motives for going vegan – animal welfare, environmental concerns, and personal health. Things are changing rapidly – and this book highlights why so many women are making the change and influencing those around them.

"From doctors, nutrition experts, and Olympic athletes, to moms, daughters, and women struggling with chronic illness, Legends of Change is the ultimate compilation of INSPIRING first-hand stories, helpful habits, and life-changing tips from women who are thriving as vegans."
